Staff were amiable and kind all the time. Even though beds were very small, truly enjoyed having a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron. Got functional bathroom with a bathtub.

We had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay in Croydon so close to Croydon, and restaurants, shopping, local transport and other facilities. We liked how amiable the staff was. Location was magnificent and great, relatively near a local and social history museum.

Was only here for trip, even so would definitely book again. Both my friend and I felt safe here. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a bonus. The location of the apartment was good for my needs near to restaurants, shopping, local transport and other facilities, central London and buses.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and fresher options available.

We recently stayed at Westciti Serviced Apartments and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. the apartment itself was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to provide a portable heater when we were feeling cold. the wifi was excellent, with fast and stable connection. We also appreciated the early check-in and the flexibility to extend our stay. we had a wonderful time and would definitely book again. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.
